I am so disappointed to write this announcement. I am very sorry to have to do this, but I must put order fulfilment on hold while I finish preparing for the upcoming Tucson Gem and Mineral Showcase. I tried my hardest to remain open for my customers, and I really hate to do this, but I must. I am a one-man company (for now), and while I work all day, every day, continuing to fulfill orders here, as well as my eBay and Etsy stores unfortunately isn't going to leave me with enough time to finish my existing Tucson orders and prepare for my own Tucson show.
I will resume fulfilling orders as soon as I can, but at this time I am not certain of exactly when that date will be. I leave for Tucson in early January, and hope to fulfill orders while I am there working my booth (E10 at Mineral City), but the Tucson show is a non-stop grind, and it is possible I will not be able to resume shipments until the mineral shows end in mid-February. If you place an order now, it will probably not be shipped as quickly as usual, and possibly until as late as mid-late February.
Again, I am truly sorry to have to do this. I realize this is at least an annoyance, and quite possibly a major inconvenience and disappointment to you. While it also means willingly shutting off my only source of income, letting my customers down is the honestly the hardest part of this decision. Please know that you and everyone reading this mean everything to me and I am so grateful for your support.
If you are fellow dealer also preparing for Tucson, or have a similar urgency please shoot me a quick email at email@example.com or come by my booth in Mineral City and I will do my best to help. Otherwise, I kindly request you either wait to place your order until I "reopen" the store ASAP, or you may place it now (which I do greatly appreciate) if you are in no hurry and (probably begrudgingly) understand that fulfilment may take a while.
When this chaos is over, I will replace this announcement with one saying things are back to normal, followed soon after by sending out a newsletter saying the same (as well as announcing some new products). If you wish to receive that email, please subscribe to the newsletter using the signup box near the bottom of the of the homepage if you haven't already signed up. Don't worry; I only send a few newsletters a year. I won't flood your inbox.
Again, I am very sorry to do this and thank you from the bottom of my heart for enabling me to do what I love so much as my career. I certainly couldn't do it without you.
